The short version. This site is a brochure for one vacation rental. It has no accounts, no checkout and no database of its own. The booking form gives you two ways to reach the host: press Send request and the details are emailed to the host through a form service called Web3Forms, or press WhatsApp or text and your own app opens with the message already written, for you to send. The only tracking here is Google Analytics, which counts visits and tells us which pages are useful. You can turn it off at any time using the choices below.

What this site collects
The booking request form
The form collects your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children, your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and anything you write in the note. Nothing is stored on this website and this domain has no database; what happens next depends on which button you press.
Send request. The details above are sent to Web3Forms, a form-to-email service operated by Statichunt Technologies, which forwards them to the host's mailbox and does not use them for anything else. Web3Forms acts as a processor for Sapphire Rentals LLC, stores the submission on Amazon Web Services for up to three years so it can be looked up again, and publishes its own privacy policy. Your IP address reaches Web3Forms as part of the request, the way it reaches any website you contact. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a rental agreement.
WhatsApp, text or a phone call. Nothing leaves the page. Your browser assembles the same details into a plain message and opens your own WhatsApp, text messaging or email app with it already written; you decide whether to send. The message then travels over the service you picked — WhatsApp (operated by Meta), your carrier's messaging network, or your email provider — each under its own privacy terms.
Either way, we use what you send to answer you about the stay and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone other than the services named on this page. If you close the page without sending, the information is simply gone.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GR9JZFBV7G) to understand how many
people visit, which pages they read and which landing pages bring them here. It records
things like the page viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device type, browser
language and the site or search that referred you. IP addresses are truncated before they
are stored. We do not receive your name, your email or anything that identifies you
personally through analytics, and we do not try to combine analytics data with the messages
people send us.
We also record when someone completes the booking form and which channel they chose (WhatsApp, text or email), together with the number of nights and the party size. That event contains no name, no email address and no phone number.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for security and troubleshooting. These are ordinary operational records, kept for a short period and not used to build any profile of you.
Cookies
Only analytics cookies are used. There is no advertising and no retargeting pixel on this site. The one embedded third party is the walk-through video on the home page, and it stays dormant — see below.

If you press play on the walk-through video, TikTok sets its own cookies at that moment. Those are TikTok’s, not ours, and they are listed in TikTok’s privacy policy.
The walk-through video
The home page shows a video of the condo that is hosted on TikTok. It is not embedded the usual way: what you see before pressing play is an ordinary photograph served from this site. No request reaches TikTok, and TikTok sets no cookie and receives no information about you, unless you press play. If you do, the TikTok player loads in place of the photo and from that point TikTok may set cookies and record the view under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We record only that someone pressed play — no name, no identifier.
Your choices
The notice at the bottom of the page lets you accept or decline analytics. Declining stops Google Analytics from setting cookies and deletes any it had already set. You can change your mind whenever you like:
Two other routes work regardless of what this site does: Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, and every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked at all until they accept — analytics starts switched off there and only runs if you press Accept.
Who else sees this information
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not trade or rent it to anybody. Information reaches only:
- Google LLC — analytics, as described above (privacy policy)
- Our hosting provider — which serves the pages and keeps the server logs
- TikTok — only if you press play on the walk-through video, as described above
- Whichever messaging service you choose — only if you decide to send us a booking request through it
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Your rights

If you are a California resident, you may ask what categories of personal information we have collected about you, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. You will not be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not process sensitive personal information for any purpose that would require an opt-out.
If you live in another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law — Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and others — the same requests apply and we handle them the same way.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics runs on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the button above, and you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of anything we hold about you.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
How long we keep things
Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Booking enquiries you send us are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep ordinary business records of the stay. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted. No payment details are ever collected on this website.
Changes to this policy
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
